The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as kitchenware, cutlery and crockery. Maximum extra comforts that you will find in our accommodation: osmosis water installation, water softener, electric blinds, hot/cold air conditioning and central heating.

The area of Cánova is one of the trendiest places to live in Valencia. It is one of the areas with a wide variety of bars and pubs with different musical atmospheres, venues for all tastes and ages. In Cánovas the terraces of the bars and pubs are always full. In summer, everyone loves the terraces, but when the cold of winter arrives and the cookers are lit, there is an even greater desire to sit down.

The location is unbeatable, on Gran Vía itself, very close to the centre of Valencia, just a few metres from Jardín del Túria, the city's lungs, an incredible place to stroll through its gardens, play sports or admire its spaces. It is the main lung of the city and is home to many emblematic buildings and facilities, such as the City of Arts, the Bioparc, the Palau de la Música or the Gulliver Park. During the Fallas season, it is located right between the area where the fireworks take place in the old Túria riverbed and the Ruzafa district. It is a place known for its great light shows, orchestras and atmosphere. It is a very accessible place by bus, train and metro. It is located between large boulevards, one of which, the Gran Vía, is very busy at any time of day. Taxis can be seen passing by all day long.
